Shipping terms
To ensure reliable logistics and consistent service quality, we work with trusted third-party logistics providers (3PLs) such as ShipBob, ShipMonk, and Easyship. These partners manage the full fulfillment cycle, including:
Secure storage at certified U.S. warehouses
Order picking, packing, and labeling
Customs documentation and compliance
Fast, trackable shipping across the U.S. and internationally
This setup allows Breathe’N’Roll™ to operate efficiently without maintaining in-house storage, while maintaining strict quality control throughout the process.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Fulfillment from U.S.-based 3PL warehouses
Tracked shipping via USPS and UPS
Free shipping on all U.S. orders
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
Available to Europe, Canada, the UK, Australia, and other selected countries
Shipped via DHL, UPS International, or regional couriers
All required customs forms, HS codes, and invoices are handled by our 3PL partners
Options include:
DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) – no fees upon delivery
DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) – recipient is responsible for duties/taxes at delivery
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in states where required by law.
Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
Regulatory Notice (International Orders Only)
Breathe’N’Roll™ is classified as a nasal hygiene product for external use only. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
This notice applies to international shipments only. All cross-border orders are shipped direct-to-consumer (DTC) from the United States via our official website, breathe-n-roll.com, and are intended strictly for personal use under applicable customs laws.
Please note:
Some countries may restrict the import of nasal hygiene products or specific ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
We cannot guarantee customs clearance in countries such as Japan, Australia, or Brazil, where import rules may vary.
In the event of seizure or return by customs, refunds will not be issued.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your order, please review the conditions below.
For U.S. Orders:
Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Since U.S. shipping is free, no outbound shipping fees will be refunded.
For International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for shipments seized, rejected, or returned by customs authorities.
Additional Terms:
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
All returns must be pre-authorized. To request a return, please contact us at info@breathe-n-roll.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
